What’s the deal with postage?

We try to keep postage as low as possible, so will always adjust our postage if we can bring the price down lower, later! Postage to anywhere in the UK is currently at a fixed rate of £2.80 no matter how much you buy, and anywhere else in the world will be priced by weight. (If you live in Ashford, you can get free delivery by using the discount code “ASHFORDDELIVERY” at checkout, and I’ll drop it through your door myself!) All items will be posted as quickly as possible, but please bear with us, we’re new to this! If you have any questions about delivery, please don’t hesitate to get in touch! (I aim to post all packages within 5 working days.)

You will receive an email confirming your order via the email address you provide at checkout (you can read our privacy policy which outlines how we use and store the data you provide, here). You will then receive another email when your cards have been dispatched. If for any reason, your order doesn’t arrive in a timely manner after your dispatch email (because sometimes things get lost in the post!) please do get in touch, and we’ll make sure it’s all sorted out.

Do you only do cards?

NO! We now do way more than just cards. And our products are ever growing. If you have an idea of a product you’d like to see, get in touch, I’d love to hear it.

Thatch Creative incorporates other creative elements too, including freelance photography, videography and design. If you have something else you would love us to do for you, please do get in touch, and we’ll let you know if we can make something custom for you.

What about returns?

We really hope that you love your cards, but if there are any problems please drop us a line via the “Get in Touch” page within 28 days of purchase and we'll try to help!
